Our operating models

We build the technology. Our partners move the money.

Madiba Digitals is a technology firm. We develop the product interfaces, integrations and orchestration layer, working with partners that perform collections and payouts.

Customer-facing platforms

We build the applications and customer journeys that make partner-connected payment services easier to access. MoMo2MoMo and Sharp Sharp bring this technology model into dedicated product experiences.

Business integrations

We connect businesses and platforms to payment infrastructure through software, APIs and transaction workflows. Our technology coordinates requests, status updates and reconciliation across the relevant partners.

Collection and payout partnerships

We work with partners that collect funds at the originating end and pay recipients at the destination. The applicable partner, market and payment channel determine how each collection or payout is carried out.

A collection partner receives the payment through the supported local channel.

02 — Coordinate

03 — Pay out

A payout partner delivers funds to the recipient through the supported destination channel.
